It is this year's
Pressed in May 2026 and tinned the same week. Most oil on a shelf was pressed more than a year ago, and nothing on the label tells you that.
2026 harvest is in the tin. Free shipping over $60. Pressed in Australia, never blended. Harvest date on every tin.
Peppery, grassy, and green enough to catch in your throat. The one to buy if you want to taste the oil rather than hide it.
Buttery and soft with an almond finish. Hand this to anyone who says they do not like olive oil, because this is usually what changes their mind.
Whole lemons crushed with the olives, in the same press, on the same morning. It tastes like the peel, not like lemon flavouring.
Birdseye chillies from the same district, pressed with the fruit. The heat arrives a second after the flavour and then sits there.
One grove, one day, one press. We tin whatever that day gives us. Two hundred and forty tins, then nothing until next May.
Three litres of the everyday pressing, for people who cook with olive oil rather than drizzle it. Refill a pourer from it and keep the drum in the pantry.

Robust is a finishing oil first: bread, tomatoes, anything grilled, and straight over soup at the table. It also stands up to a hot pan perfectly well, so use it for cooking if that is what you have open.
One thing worth knowing: heat and light do the damage, not time. Keep the lid on and keep it away from the stovetop and the window.
Olives. That is the entire ingredient list. Cold pressed, mechanically separated, nothing added, nothing removed, no oil from any other day in the same run.
500ml tin. Free acidity 0.19%. Polyphenols 412mg per kilogram at pressing. Harvested and pressed May 2026.
$9.95 anywhere in Australia, free over $60. Before 2pm on a weekday and it goes out the same afternoon. Two to three days to the cities, four to six for regional addresses.
If you do not like it, email us and we refund the first tin. You do not need to send anything back.
The short version
Pressed in May 2026 and tinned the same week. Most oil on a shelf was pressed more than a year ago, and nothing on the label tells you that.
The peppery catch at the back of your throat is the polyphenols, and they fall away as oil ages. Smooth all the way down usually means old.
Tins block light completely. A clear bottle under supermarket lighting is the fastest way to ruin good oil, and it happens before you buy it.
